9. How do I book in for classes?

10. How many lessons should my child attend per week?

1

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEVEL MY CHILD SHOULD GO INTO?

If you have read through our information on class levels and are still unsure of this, you should contact our friendly front desk staff by phone. We also offer a FIRST LESSON FOR FREE (excluding pool entry) in which we do an assessment of your child's level and book them into their correct class.

2

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST CLASS?

Children who are not toilet trained are required to wear a swim nappy in the pool. Please bring swimmers, a towel, goggles and cap (optional) if your child has long hair. However, we do provide all other necessary swim equipment for lessons.

3

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY POOL ENTRY CARD  AND CUSTOMER PORTAL ACCESS?

Once you have finished your trial lesson and officially booked into and paid for the lessons, you will be issued with your pool entry card and access to our customer portal. The entry card allows you to enter the facility by scanning the machine at the entry gate and records your lesson attendance. If you are attending your trial lesson, you must pay for pool entry on that day. Spectators are FREE.

4

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A LESSON?

We understand that children get sick and from time-to-time in our busy lives, things just come up. For this reason, we offer make-up lessons for missed classes. To be eligible for a make-up lesson, we ask that you call or email 2 hours prior to the class commencement. Once you have notified us, you can log your make-up lesson on the customer portal. If under 2 hours, please contact the office immediately. All make-up lessons must be taken by the end of the term. Under no circumstances do they roll over to the following term. We offer a maximum of 2 make-up lessons per student per term.

5

CAN I CHANGE MY DAY OR TIME?

You may change your day or time by talking to our front desk staff. If no spot is immediately available, we will do our best to make the changes as soon as openings become available. In addition, please feel free to check back with us as often as you would like for your preferred class time.

6

WHEN CAN I BOOK IN FOR CLASSES?

Anytime. Whilst our regular classes run with the school term, you can book lessons to start at any time during the term.

7

ARE THERE ANY CLASSES DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?

We run School Holiday Booster Blocks during school holiday periods. These programs are a great way of keeping the children busy and fast tracking their swim skill progress.

8

SHOULD CHILDREN BE SWIMMING YEAR ROUND?

We believe Summer Swimmers are made in Winter and promote year-round swim lessons because it is proven that children learn to swim at much faster pace with consistency and repetition.

9

HOW DO I BOOK IN FOR CLASSES?

Call and speak to our friendly front desk staff, who will be happy to assist in booking your child into a class that meets your needs.

10

HOW MANY LESSONS SHOULD MY CHILD ATTEND PER WEEK?

You can choose the amount of lessons your child attends per week. The more lessons they attend, the faster you see the results. Repetition guarantees improvement. We recommend a minimum of 2 lessons per week for Learn to Swim, and a minimum of 3—4 lessons per week for Squads. A discount on extra classes is offered should you choose to undertake more than 1 class per week. See our Timetable & Fees page for further pricing details.
